Very professional and thorough staff with a great attitude. The surgery that I need is extremely expensive so I don't know when I can do it but whenever I can I intend on using them.
Clean office and very efficient, professional staff. Barely any wait at all. Kerry, implant coordinator, is the best. Anne, hygienist, is truly wonderful, along with Dr. Nelson's entire staff. Dr. Nelson and her whole team have been nothing but exceptional! I saw Anne for a cleaning for the first time today, after having a procedure done a couple months back. Dr Nelson has great chair side manners she explains your treatment clearly. The staff was very receptive and helpful. The office was very clean with a home feeling.

Clean facility, friendly staff, good care, and quick visit. The guest parking lot while easy to get into is small, and harder to get out of.
Anne is what I would call the GOAT at deep cleans. She is funny, cool to talk to, makes you comfortable, and has such a soft touch to those with sensitive or damaged gums like myself. You leave there feeling great about your smile and oral health, thanks Anne.

Had the best experience for it being my first time getting that kind of dental exam. From the front desk, the assistant, and the doctor. They explained everything to with the images from today’s appointment. Totally recommend this place.

The whole office staff is wonderful! I have had such bad experiences with dentist offices that I put off going for years. From the time I walked through the door the first appointment they made me feel at ease. Everyone is so kind. There is a reason they have a thousand plus five star reviews!
Dr. Nelson pulled an upper molar tooth and did the implant in the same procedure. Very easy recovery period. I am very pleased with her and her staff and highly recommend them.
Last week I “easily “ scheduled an appointment due my genival recession For some reason my gums were pulling away from my lower teeth. I went for the appointment and Dr Nelson was so friendly and helpful. She explained that this procedure is quite common and set appointment. Well today my wife and I went to Fort Worth and had the procedure done. Dr Shelby and all her staff is so friendly helpful and professional. It has been 12 hours and no Pain. Lower lip is swollen slightly but much better. Had follow up call from Dr Shelby herself. Highly recommend. Ie. I loved her stories from Childress Tx. Being from Odessa we appreciate the same climate (gag)
